1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ContentForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime through the subscription portal.
• Usage quotas apply per plan and reset monthly. Exceeding your quota blocks further generations until reset or upgrade.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent AI output as human-written where prohibited.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
• Circumvent quota limits or share access with unauthorized parties.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of prompts you submit and content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
